Vino Rosso ad Indicazione Geografica Tipica ottenuto dalla macerazione a bassa temperatura di uve Malvasia Nera di Brindisi con colore rosso rubino carico, brillante.
Profumo deliziosamente aromatico con bouquet bene espresso.
Accompagna minestroni, formaggi di mezza stagionatura, involtini di trippa.
La bottiglia va stappata qualche minuto prima di servire in tavola, intorno ai 18° C

La Cooperativa Brancasi produce vino di qualità ottenuto da vitigni pugliesi della provincia di Brindisi. Megroamaro, Malvasia, Primitivo rappresentano la tradizione ed il risultato di millenni di dedizione alla coltura della vite conosciuta già ai tempi dell'antico Impero Romano.

Ed ora "Facciamo un Brindisi". Si narra fosse l'augurio dei viandanti, alzare i calici colmi di vino al cielo.  In migliaia transitavano dal porto di Brindisi da e per l'estremo oriente legionari, crociati, mercanti e avventurieri di ogni epoca. L'alzare i calici al cielo prima della traversata verso oriente o al ritorno in Italia dopo aver attraversato il mare adriatico era un gesto bene augurale e di ringraziamento che oggi si ripete ad ogni occasione: in alto i calici è un Brindisi al vino.

Located in Italy’s historic Puglia region, the Brancasi cooperative has been producing outstanding wines since its establishment in 1980. Most of the varietals used in Cantina Brancasi’s wines are traditional grapes native to southern Italy such as Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Primitivo, which have been used for winemaking in the region since Roman antiquity. With great respect for this noble and ancient tradition and with the aid of the most modern winemaking techniques, the Brancasi cooperative dedicates itself with great passion and commitment to producing wines of the utmost quality and authenticity.

Most of the winery’s vineyards are on very dry, low density clay-sand soils, which, combined with the tremendous heat of the summers, result in very concentrated and powerful wines, very representative of the region’s winemaking traditions.
