Issos is a magnificent sandy beach located on the southern side of Corfu. The endless seashore with golden sand and crystalline waters makes a magnificent beach.
It has bronze-colored sand and a wonderful sea with a more than pleasant temperature, even its seabed slopes very slowly so it is excellent for children!
Thanks to its length there are large areas equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (for only €7) and a kiosk that offers fast food (excellent!) and large free areas!
You can enjoy absolute tranquility! But for the children, fun is guaranteed! In fact, there are inflatables on the water for only €10 for daily use!
Behind there are the sand dunes that characterize the beach and the Korission lagoon which is part of the NATURA2000 park! you can take fantastic long walks in the splendid Mediterranean nature and witness the flight of migratory birds.
It’s absolutely worth a visit!
