Casina Cucci is a pleasant and ready-to-drink chardonnay, whose grapes are grown with the spurred cordon system in the Salento hinterland. Its name derives from one of the plots where the vineyards owned by the Candido family reside, in one of the most beautiful wine-growing areas of Salento.
Sulphurous yellow color with light greenish reflections. Wine very rich in fruity aromas and first fermentation. Balanced and pleasant taste, lively due to the persistence of the natural co2 which emphasizes its pleasant freshness, slightly petillant
Pairings: Excellent with aperitifs, fish, shellfish and white meats.
Recommended serving temperature 8° – 10° C.
