Luminosia – Chardonnay Salento IGT – white wine – Candido
Bright in name and in fact. Its golden reflections give the name to this wine with a fresh and caressing sip. The Luminosìa Salento Chardonnay 2017 was awarded the Bronze at the VINOWAY selection 2019 and, in the 2019 vintage, with the 4 vines dedicated to wines of excellent stylistic and organoleptic profile in VITAE “The 2021 Wine Guide” of the Italian Sommelier Association.
The straw yellow color is characterized by an extreme brightness. The Perfume pleasantly combines the delicacy of exotic fruits and the toasting of Allier woods. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and very persistent, with a crème caramel finish.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with shellfish, oysters and all fish-based dishes. It also accompanies vegetables and white meats, flans and soft cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature 10° – 12° C.
