Vinification: after destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a short skin maceration of about 5 hours, from which only 40% of the bloodletting must is extracted. Cooled to 8 ° C, static clarification is carried out and the fermentation temperature is controlled within 14 ° C until the end of alcoholic fermentation

Nose: intense, broad and floral with hints of red fruits
