Hiking Corfu: Azure beaches & unspoiled olive groves

Starting the tour enjoying a homemade pastry in the village bakery in order to get energy, we start hiking in an amazing trail with rich flora that will take us at the stunning beach of Rovinia.

Continuing on the path, you admire the azure water on one side and the lush vegetation on the other. An unexpected view of the Rovinia cave from above is a highlight for the most adventurous!
Our tour goes on through abandoned villas (once a gem of the area) admiring the paths leading to their private beach we soon arrive at the twin beach of Limni where the first break will take place for rest and/or swimming in the crystal clear water.

Ascending through olive trees will remind you that we are in one of Corfu’s largest olive groves with more than 140000 trees! Ideal place for our next stop, in order to learn a few things about the olive trees and their cultivation and harvest.

The tour will be complete with a walk into the alleys of the traditional village of Liapades, discovering the images, smells and perhaps taste of a long gone era!

Included: Experienced guide-escort, walking sticks, one organic cereal bar and a 500ml bottle of water per person, transfer service (if requested).

Equipment & abilities required: Basic to average physical condition, shoes suitable for trekking or sports, (no sandals or flip flops) hat, sun block cream, sunglasses. Itineraries may be subject to minor changes depending on weather conditions.
